Kevin Meine
Kevin Meine is one of the coaches on The Home Run Team. Together with fellow Abby Realty agent Ryan Barker, Kevin created The Home Run Team after working as an independent agent for a number of years.
In addition to leading his talented team, Kevin actively works with clients — buyers, sellers and investors — and smoothly navigates them through a process that can get kind of rocky.
A native Houstonian who now lives in Magnolia, Kevin is a family man who loves spending time with his wife, Pam, their four children — Tiffany, Emma, Caleb and Kate — and two grandchildren.
Kevin earned degrees from the University of Houston (bachelor’s in accounting) and Rice (master’s in business administration).
Kevin started his career in real estate more than 20 years ago when he bought a small apartment complex in The Heights. He then managed a family business in the service industry for 17 years.
He returned to real estate full time in 2008 and started working for an investment company that flipped houses and acquired rental property. A few years later, Kevin opened his own brokerage, and in 2014, he added his own investment company and started flipping homes himself.
A top producer at Abby Realty since the brokerage started in 2018, Kevin believes that most people need the help of an experienced, ethical, full-time real estate professional when buying or selling property. Clients who hire Kevin also get a Realtor with the heart of a teacher and servant.
“I have always gotten the most joy out of life by serving others,” Kevin says. “It has always been our philosophy that if you help and serve people, the dollars will take care of themselves. We do our best to be a resource for anyone that trusts us with their home sale or purchase, so if you need help buying or selling, or just need information, we welcome the chance to serve you.”
A kid at heart, Kevin loves to get away to Disney World with his family. He enjoys spending time with and spoiling his grandkids. A lifelong fan of the Astros, Oilers/Texans and Rockets, Kevin also likes to play golf, go fishing, hunting and scuba diving.
