KEVIN MEINE

Kevin Meine started his real estate career in the 1990s as an apartment owner in The Heights. He has since owned his own brokerage, done real estate investing as a house flipper, done commercial deals and has worked on subdivision development. Kevin tries to bring that broad range of experiences to bear on every transaction to serve his clients and to shepherd them smoothly through the buying and selling process.

RYAN BARKER

Ryan Barker started his real estate career in 2018 with Abby Realty. His family has a successful history in the real estate and home construction industries dating back to the 1970s. Being a former teacher, Ryan strives to use his past experience to educate and coach his clients through the home buying/selling process so that they have a constant peace of mind. He aspires to build clients for life with a servant-hearted mindset and a passion to educate the customer.

MORGAN WEST

Is a Montgomery County native who grew up and established her career in the greater Houston area. Her deep connections to local people, organizations and businesses have been influential in her decision to pursue real estate in the area. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she was a Marketing Specialist for the State of Texas as well as the Director of Sales and Operations for her family’s manufacturing business. Morgan’s love for her community, as well as her extensive background in sales, marketing, branding, design and negotiation, provided her with a solid foundation to serve her clients’ real estate needs.

TOM WADDILL

Tom Waddill is a people person, He loves meeting new folks and helping them. It’s a joy, too, guiding old friends smoothly through the home buying or selling process. A longtime resident of Huntsville, Tom uses the communication skills he learned as a newspaper reporter to help his clients stay in the loop all the way through a real estate transaction.

STACI RUSSELL

Staci Russell is the newest member of The Home Run Team. She joined the team the day she jumped on board at Abby Realty, which was also the day she aced her real estate exam.

KYLE O’DONNELL

Kyle O’Donnell is the newest member of The Home Run Team. He joined the team in the fall of 2021.

A California native, Kyle now lives in Tomball. An honors (Magna Cum Laude) graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in literature, Kyle earned his real estate license in the fall of 2020. He joined Abby Realty as soon as he aced his real estate exam.
